I was just searching the internet for help with vertigo and "stumbled" unto the Dynamic Balance site. Made an appointment right away. They were able to book me in fairly quickly as my symptoms were progressively getting worse with each passing week. In my first appointment I was absolutely amazed at the wealth of knowledge Biren Patel had to give. He was a tremendous help. For a number of weeks he gave me exercises to work through. I went from wondering if I would just have to live with weekly dizzy spells for the rest of my life to now where I have not had a dizzy spell for months. I developed postural dizziness and unfortunately didn’t see a physiotherapist right away. I waited, hoping the symptoms would go away on their own - but they didn’t. I chose Dr. Patel because of the many positive reviews on Google and I am so g’ad I did. He examined me, clearly explained what was happening and gave me physical therapy exercises to help reposition the displaced crystals in my inner ear. In my case, it took about 2 months for the vertigo to fully resolve, as my brain needed time to adjust. Next time the symptoms return, I won’t wait - I’ll book an appointment with Dr. Patel immediately. I highly recommend him as a knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist.
